HR Abandoned Villages, sometimes calls dead bases, they are a type of villages in Clash of Clans. They are a type of villages that you can steal a lot of resources from them. A village is considered abandoned when it has not been played for 59 hours, which is the time needed to fill Mines and Elixir Gatherers, both level 14
At the low levels, Abandoned Villages are easy to find, they are usually first-time players who don't like it. In the upper levels of the Town Hall this becomes difficult since if they got there they liked the game. However this becomes more common on the TH9, as the costs become enormous.
Abandoned Villages are easy to distinguish by the following:
- An available loot of 600,000 Gold and Elixir in 6 Mines and Collectors at level 12, or 700,000 Gold and Elixir for players who have 7 Mines and Collectors at level 12, available only to players with a Town Hall level 9 or more.
- A loot of 1,050,000 Gold and Elixir available in 7 Mines and Collectors at level 14, available only to players with Town Hall level 11 or more.
- One available loot of 810 Dark Elixir in 2 Dark Elixir Extractors level 8, or 4.050 at level 9, 5.400 at level 10, or 6.750 at level 11 or more in 3 Extractors.
- The Mines and Collectors are visible to be full. Check the Mine box and the Collector's crystal.
- The Dark Elixir Extractors can be seen filled in the upper box.
- The loot will be a round number, indicating that the Mines, Gatherers and Extractors have already been filled.
- If the Mines and Gatherers are empty, it means that it was repeatedly attacked. An example: Gold: 450,000 and Elixir: 300,000.
- If the Resource Collectors are of the same level, the loot should be the same. But, if the Gold Mines are higher level, it will be more Gold loot, and vice versa.
- All of the Builders are sleeping in their huts (ZZZ ... floating in the hut indicates a sleeping Builder) and the Laboratory does not emit light.
- There is no league symbol, it means that the player did not play the whole month.
- It has no Clan, it is indicated because there is no Clan symbol, probably expelled due to inactivity.
- Any Crossbow is without the arrow box (indicating that it was not loaded). Similarly, the Infernal Towers are without lava, the Artillery Eagle is unarmed, and the Catapult has no rock.
- Lots of bombs, Spring Traps, and Air Bombs disabled (Note: Traps will not be visible, but will have no effect in game).
- Many Obstacles, indicating that the person did not connect to eliminate them (Do not trust this, many people do not destroy them).
- Sometimes, the Abandoned Village has low level defenses, and maybe they left the game because of the Bullying towards those bases.
- The Boat is not visible
Abandoned Villages are easy to attack, mainly because of this:
- There are no Troops in the Clan Castle, as they defended other attacks.
- The defenses are usually low levels since they are not improved
The attack strategies are very different when attacking an Abandoned Village. It's easier, because of the unarmed weapons. They also have a lot of resources, so they are perfect for attacking
If you return to a village after 90 days, some things will be improved
If you return to a village after 3 years, you will have to attack it to be able to use it again
