The dark elixir is one of the resources of Clash of Clans. Unlike gold and elixir, it is much more difficult to obtain, although it is not used as much as the other two resources.
- Obtaining
- The dark elixir obtained is stored in the dark elixir warehouses and in the town hall, and there are five ways to obtain it:
- Picking it up from the dark elixir punches.
- Invading other villages.
- As a war bonus after clan wars or as a stellar bonus (it is stored in the treasury and can be collected whenever the player wants without being stolen).
- As a victory bonus in leagues above crystal 3.
- As a bonus when you get 5 stars in the Star Bonus.
- Utility
- Buy and upgrade some the Barbarian King and the Archer Queen.
- Train and upgrade dark troops.
- Craft and upgrade dark spells.
- Reload the Infernal Towers.
- Details
- The maximum dark elixir that can currently be had is 350,000 (the maximum capacity of a level 9 Dark Elixir Warehouse and level 10 town hall is 350,000 dark elixir, and with the level 7 town hall you can place only one warehouse) .
- Dark elixir is hard to come by as dark elixir drills produce a fairly small amount of the resource.
