Crusher is very fond of his personal space. This huge stone hits ground units with a powerful blow!
- The Crusher is a defense unlocked at level 3 of the Builder's Workshop.
- Every few seconds, the crusher smashes downward, dealing heavy damage to all ground units in its radius.
- The Smasher's range is very short and therefore excels against short-range troops, such as the Enraged Barbarian, but can be easily destroyed by long-range troops such as the Rogue Archer or air troops such as the Beta Minion.
- Starting with the October update, if the Crusher is next to a wall, it will not eliminate troops on the other side.
- Keeping the Crusher centered near many defenses like the Tower of Archers helps protect it from ranged troops.
- It is recommended to use push traps to push units towards the Crusher.
- The War Machine can take out the Crusher before it deals massive damage to units.
- It is recommended to use air troops to destroy the Crusher since it does not attack air troops, but it is only recommended that this be done if there are no defenses that do good damage to air troops such as Air Bombs, Pyrotechnics or Mines (in mode aerial).
- The crusher undergoes significant changes at levels 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9
- The crusher is a stone mallet placed in a large screw which makes the mallet fall or rise to crush the ground troops; in the lower part of this there are bones and skulls that possibly belong to the troops that it crushes.
- At level 2, reinforcements are added to the deck and the belay above changes from being made of wood to being made of metal.
- At level 3, the deck becomes wider and the wooden plank reinforcements change to ropes, the top belayer changes again and becomes a little smaller and rounder. Stones are added to the lower part on the banks.
- At level 4, the ropes tied around the deck are replaced with iron reinforcements.
- At level 5, the top belayer is made of gold and more stones are added to the bottom of the crusher as reinforcement to the edges.
- At level 6, the metal bands turn gold. The stone is a little darker.
- At level 7, the metal bands disappear and the stone turns black. An additional larger bolt also appears below the first bolt.
- At level 8, the first bolt disappears and the top of the crusher is covered in gold. Smasher sides get spikes.
- At level 9, the one covered in gold is larger and gains additional steel bars on each side.

* Exact value derived from game files. In the game, this is declared as 2 squares.
** The splash radius is always centered on the Crusher, unlike most splash fenders whose splash radius is centered on the location where the projectile hits.
