Summary
Details
- The Clan Castle is a vital building in the game, as it is necessary in order to join a clan. It is the only building that houses troops that you can use both to attack and to defend yourself.
- When you start the game, you have the Clan Castle in ruins, and it is in turn surrounded by various obstacles. You cannot move the castle until you rebuild it.
- When the castle is rebuilt, the player can create a clan or join one that already exists. Being in a clan, troops can be requested every 15 minutes, and other members of the same clan, seeing the request in the chat, will be able to voluntarily donate a maximum of five units, which will be sent to the applicant's castle.
- As of the April 9, 2014 update, the Clan Castle also becomes a warehouse where bonus loot earned in clan wars and multiplayer battles is stored. The higher the level of the Clan Castle, the more loot it can store.
- With each level of the clan "bonuses" are obtained, that is to say, for example in level 2 of the clan the time to request troops is reduced to 15 minutes per request ...
- As of the update of January 26, 2016, the loot of the clan castle changes and is supplanted by the treasury, which is where all the loot of the Clan War and the Star Loot is kept. From now on the capacity increases depending on the level of town hall and the Clan Awards.
Defensive strategy
- When enemies enter your castle's attack range, which is fourteen squares, the troops inside will file out and attack. The troops defending the village will be able to jump the Walls.
- It is a good idea to locate the castle outside the village so that the troops have a better range when defending the village.
- Since the Clan Castle has many hit points, it is a good distraction for the enemy to attack while defensive buildings destroy enemy units.
Offensive strategy
- It is necessary to try to empty the Castle of the Clan, because depending on the troops that are inside, they can be an obstacle. By deploying a unit near the radius of the castle, we can see what units are in it.
- An easy way to eliminate strong troops is to place a giant in a place far from the village, and when they approach the remote area deploy an army of archers, magicians or any troop that shoots at land and air that has no preferences in terms of defenses ... to take down troops easily.
- You can also make use of the lightning spell by removing all the troops from it, gathering them all together so that with a lightning they are eliminated.
- If you have the Ice spell, the troops can be left inside the castle, when you are about to face them, the Ice spell is cast on them so they will be frozen and at the mercy of our troops that if they are driven by a rage spell they will destroy them without further ado difficulty.
- If the bonuses are saved, 50% will be stolen, just look at the place above to see if there is the source of resources.
- In powerful attacks like GoWiPe (Commonly in TH8 attacks like this are used) it is not necessary to try to remove it since the magicians are more than enough
Curiosities
- If you cast a poison spell on the clan's troops, the troops will start to move away from the spell so as not to die, so you must distract them and cast a spell.
